SVN helps a lot with managing versions in my projects.  But sometimes it shows you error messages that you just can't fix because you've done everything "by the book" already.

So was this message :

Re-done everything, but kept on getting this error.  Luckely I read on google the answer:
the URL used to point at the repository was
https://theserver.net:8443/svn/FIT/trunk

while the repository's name was "fit" (lower case)

When you do this, you can do all SVN things... except the commit.

So, I've deleted all my .SVN files, added the project again to SVN but now with the correct URL and it was commited at the blink of an eye.
